1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase or use of digital products offered by ECOM PM LTD (“we”, “us” or “our”).

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

Company details:

ECOM PM LTD
Company number: 16688856

2. Our Digital Products

We offer digital products that may include guides, templates, educational materials, downloadable files, online resources and similar non-physical products.

The specific content, format, price, delivery method and any access conditions will be described on the relevant product page or at checkout.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a digital product does not include personalised advice, consulting, implementation services or ongoing support.

3. Educational and Informational Purpose

Our digital products are provided for general educational and informational purposes only.

They do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial, immigration or other professional advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice tailored to your individual circumstances.

Our materials may describe processes or share practical experience relating to company registration, financial services, payment providers, e-commerce platforms and other third-party services.

Requirements, eligibility criteria, procedures and platform interfaces may change. You are responsible for checking current requirements and obtaining professional advice where appropriate.

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes

We do not guarantee that following our materials will result in:

  • Successful company registration.

  • Opening or maintaining a bank account or payment account.

  • Approval by a payment provider.

  • Successful completion of identity or business verification.

  • Approval to use any third-party platform or service.

  • Any particular business, financial or commercial result.

Decisions regarding registration, account opening, verification and access to third-party services are made by the relevant authorities and service providers independently and are outside our control.

Examples, case studies and descriptions of previous experiences are illustrative only and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

Your results may depend on your individual circumstances, eligibility, actions, documentation and decisions made by third parties.

5. Orders and Payment

Prices and available payment methods will be displayed at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated, the applicable currency will be the currency shown at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order.

An order is subject to successful payment and any confirmation required by our checkout process.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers. We do not control their systems and are not responsible for their independent terms, privacy practices or service availability.

Your bank or payment provider may apply additional fees, including currency-conversion fees.

6. Digital Delivery and Access

Digital products are normally delivered electronically through a download link, email, customer account or third-party platform, as described at checkout.

Please ensure that your email address is accurate and check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive access details.

If you experience a problem accessing a product you purchased, contact ecompmltd@gmail.com and include your order reference and a description of the issue.

We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve genuine delivery or access problems.

Access may depend on third-party platforms, internet connectivity and compatible devices or software. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of services that are outside our control.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection rules, those rules may provide cancellation, refund or other rights that cannot be excluded by contract.

For digital content supplied online and not on a tangible medium, UK consumers generally have a 14-day cancellation period for distance contracts. However, if you expressly request that the supply of digital content begins during this period and acknowledge that you will lose your cancellation right once supply begins, you may lose that right when the download or streaming begins.

Where required, we will request the relevant consent and acknowledgement before supplying digital content in circumstances where this affects your cancellation rights.

Where the law permits, a refund may not be available simply because you change your mind after the relevant cancellation right has been lost.

This does not limit your statutory rights where digital content is faulty, not as described, not supplied with reasonable care and skill, or where another remedy is required by law.

To ask about a cancellation or refund, contact ecompmltd@gmail.com with your order reference and the reason for your request.

8. Licence and Permitted Use

When you purchase a digital product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal or internal business purposes, unless the relevant product page expressly states different licence terms.

Unless we give you prior written permission, you must not:

  • Copy, reproduce, republish, resell, sublicense, distribute or commercially exploit the product or substantial parts of it.

  • Share access credentials or provide the product to people who have not purchased an appropriate licence.

  • Upload the product to public websites, file-sharing services or shared repositories.

  • Remove copyright, trade mark or other proprietary notices.

  • Claim our materials as your own.

  • Use our materials to create or sell a substantially similar competing product.

All intellectual property rights in our website and digital products remain with us or our licensors.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of those rights to you.

9. Acceptable Use

You must not use our website or digital products unlawfully or in a way that infringes another person's rights.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or accounts, interfere with the operation or security of our website, introduce malicious code, or misuse our services.

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect our services, users or legal rights, or where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

Any action taken will be subject to applicable law and any mandatory consumer rights.

10. Accuracy and Updates

We take reasonable care in preparing our materials. However, they are provided for informational purposes and may not always be complete, current, error-free or suitable for every situation.

We may update, amend or discontinue a digital product to reflect changes in law, platform interfaces, third-party requirements or our content.

You are responsible for checking whether the information remains current and appropriate for your circumstances.

This section does not affect any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website and materials may refer to or link to third-party websites, platforms, banks, payment providers, registration agents or other services.

These references are provided for information and convenience and do not necessarily constitute an endorsement.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control and are not responsible for their decisions, availability, actions or changes to their requirements.

You are responsible for reviewing the applicable third-party terms before using those services.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any rights and remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and conditions that may otherwise apply to our website and digital products.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from:

  • Reliance on general information in our materials without considering your individual circumstances.

  • Decisions made by government authorities, banks, payment providers or other third parties.

  • Changes to third-party services, eligibility requirements or platform policies.

  • Interruptions caused by services or systems outside our reasonable control.

  • Your failure to verify whether information remains current or suitable for your circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, anticipated savings, goodwill or data.

If you purchase a product as a consumer, these Terms do not affect your statutory rights.

If you purchase in the course of business, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the relevant product or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us for that product, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

13. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

By using our website, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review that Policy. Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices or legal requirements.

The current version will be published on our website with a revised “Last updated” date.

Changes will not retrospectively remove rights you already have under applicable law. The Terms applicable to an order will generally be those presented to you at the time of purchase, subject to any mandatory legal requirements.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

If you are a consumer, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence where applicable law gives you that right.

If you have a concern or complaint, we encourage you to contact us first at ecompmltd@gmail.com so that we can try to resolve the matter informally.
